In this video tutorial, I am going to show you how to Print rows with column headers on top of every page in Microsoft Excel. If a worksheet spans more than one page, you can print row and column headers or labels (also called print titles) on every page. For example, you can repeat the first row of column headers on all pages when you have large, complex worksheets.
.Procedure.
Click the [Page Layout] tab - In the "Page Setup" group, click [Print Titles].
Under the [Sheet] tab, in the "Rows to repeat at top" field, click the spreadsheet icon.
Click and select the row you wish to appear at the top of every page.
Press the [Enter] key, then click [OK].
Select File - Print - "Show Print Preview" to see what the printed spreadsheet will look like.
